Choices Training and Development can form part of a Health and Wellbeing strategy for any organisation. The course can be tailored to your organisational needs and provide a real solution to the issues you are facing. This workplace wellbeing intervention aims to increase resilience and productivity whilst reducing stress, sickness absence rates and attrition. Choices will provide management skills, methodology and tools to tackle stress head on and manage change effectively, rather than relying on the usual reactive responses when the damage is done!

Mental ill-health is the leading cause of sickness absence in the UK, With 1 in 4 British workers affected by conditions like anxiety, depression and stress, costing an average of £1,035 per employee per year.  300,000 people leave their place of work each year due to poor mental health.
