Trusts and foundations play a vital role in helping us build a fairer society where people from all backgrounds can succeed. Our long-term relationships with our partner organisations mean our programmes can address the root causes of poverty.
We provide a bespoke service to all our trusts and will keep you fully informed of how your gift is transforming lives with regular updates. We love to have visits from trusts so you can see for yourselves the impact of your grant and how you are helping to transform lives.
If you have specific areas of interest, we would be delighted to work closely with you to find the best match for your support. We particularly welcome unrestricted grants, which are invaluable to our work and mean we can respond swiftly wherever the need is greatest.
Fundraising with friends, family or colleagues is a great way to help others who are less fortunate than yourself. Whether you are keen to run a marathon, take on the Three Peaks Challenge, organise a cake sale or do any number of fun and engaging fundraising activities we are keen to support you and do all we can to make your activity a success. Ring us on now to talk about your ideas and register for a free fundraising pack.
Volunteers will host a business focus day for beneficiaries to give them an idea of what it may be like to work in an office environment. The day will consist of both group and individual sessions where participants can learn in greater detail about what interests them, for example; reception, administration and accounts, or IT, sales, marketing, catering and finance. This would not only help to inspire our beneficiaries but also give them valuable experience for applications and job interviews.
We very much welcome donations of any kind, from one-off gifts or regular monthly payments.
You can donate securely online through our JustGiving page, or by cheque payable to Safe New Futures at Safe New Futures, 29 Carlton Crescent, Southampton SO15 2EW.
If you would like to remember Safe New Futures in your will, we would be delighted to hear from you. It is a good idea for everyone, whatever their age or state of health, to have made a will. A bequest to Safe New Futures ensures that you leave behind a meaningful contribution to the well-being of others. Equally, if you have lost a loved one, a donation to Safe New Futures is a very fitting way to honour their memory: funeral collections, a birthday or anniversary gift mean that you can commemorate their life through helping others.
Ask your friends to connect with us through our website, Facebook and Twitter - it help us to build a local supporter base which can help with future appeals and fundraising activities. And if you don’t “do” social media, there’s old-fashioned social networking through family and friends, clubs and societies, work colleagues, churches, sports teams, many of them keen to support a charity that helps people here in Southampton.
We work with a range of businesses to help raise the aspirations of young people and adults. If you are a company that is interested in helping others get into employment or if you have good connections to any local business as an employer, staff-member, customer or supplier, please talk to us about how we could work with you in any number of different ways including: Nominating Safe New Futures as your Charity of the Year Payroll giving Holding your own fundraising event In kind support Volunteering for Safe New Futures
