Programme Partners

Meet our Programme Partners At Safe New Futures. We are in a strong position to reach out to and collaborate with other voluntary sector organisations to provide holistic care as part of our 12-week Pathways series in the following areas.

We actively work with a growing network of trusted partners who strengthen our mental health employment support and mental wellbeing community support services. Each week, one of our partners joins our Pathways programme to share their expertise, introduce participants to new opportunities, and provide practical guidance on returning to work after mental illness and improving overall wellbeing.

In addition, we continue to expand and strengthen these partnerships across the health, employment, social care, and voluntary sectors. By working together, we connect people with free mental health support programmes, employment support for mental health, mental health employment services, and adult mental health services. This collaborative approach helps individuals access the right support, build confidence, and successfully navigate their mental health return to work journey. As we grow our network, we will create even more pathways to empowering lives, promoting inclusive mental health, and helping people access the support they need to move forward.

Every Programme Partner at Safe New Futures matters to us, and if you want to become one too, please get in touch with us.

At Safe New Futures, we create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where people feel heard, valued, and supported. As trust grows, individuals gain the confidence to take meaningful steps towards greater independence.

In addition, collaboration lies at the heart of everything we do. We work closely with partners across the health, employment, social care, and voluntary sectors to ensure participants receive coordinated, holistic support. By developing strong referral pathways and delivering services together, we create a seamless, person-centred experience that empowers individuals to achieve lasting, positive outcomes.

Please contact Nina Kelly at nina.kelly@safe.org.uk to discuss how to become part of our trusted Pathways Partner Providers network.
